A By Adina Sydney enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of the CBD on George Street, very close to the train and within walking distance of main attractions. Guests consistently praise the spacious and comfortable rooms, many of which include well-equipped kitchenettes ideal for preparing meals, sometimes even including a washing machine and dryer. Some guests have noted that the dark color scheme in some areas may not appeal to everyone, but overall the rooms are appreciated for their cleanliness, layout and the availability of amenities, in addition to a lovely pool.

decent location and modern hotel

great location public transport mini kitchen poor service clogged sink no ice

the hotel has a great location near public transport and circular quay. main city shopping is also easily accessible. the room featured a mini kitchen and laundry facilities. i felt at home .

i found it very difficult to get any service in the hotel. i wanted ice to make drinks, but there was no obvious way to get it. the bathroom sink was mostly clogged and drained very slowly. so, i could not wash my face properly because the sink would fill up before it drained.

modern and very clean stay

great location convenient access helpful kitchen

I found the location excellent. It was between two light rail stops. circular quay, darling harbour, and barangaroo were easy to reach by foot. the hotel offered many choices for eating nearby and provided convenient access around the city. having a kitchen was helpful for a longer stay.

i noticed some noise, but the staff promptly addressed it to ensure my comfort.

The staff members were lovely and provided excellent service. They were always ready to help with requests. i appreciated the polite and attentive support throughout my stay. the reception was well-organized and efficient.

i found the onsite restaurant and bar to be quite good, they provided a nice breakfast. the food and beverage options were readily accessible and of great quality! the bar had a good menu, and professional bartenders made really good drinks.

the hotel had a perfect location for accessing shops, food, and beverage options. circular quay was only a short walk away, very convenient. i found it easy to walk to the botanical gardens, harbour bridge, and opera house.

great spot downtown

useful machine easy access clean apartment

I found the apartment clean. it had a washing machine and dryer. This was very useful for my trip. the kitchenette included a stovetop and i used it to cook a few meals. the location was really good, i found access to transport easy.

the room service menu did not have many family-friendly options. i had hoped for more variety for my children. the breakfast options could have been better for the price. the restaurant chairs were also uncomfortable for me.

convenient location useful facilities annoying curtains dim lighting

The location was convenient. I could easily reach the train station. It made commuting simple. The room had a washing machine and a tumble dryer. This was especially useful since I was travelling. I appreciated having these facilities.

The curtains opened automatically whenever I returned to the room. I found this annoying. Being on the second floor, people on the street could see into the room. The communal areas were dimly lit, and this felt a little oppressive.
